When do you bake and ship orders?

 All orders are freshly baked to order. To make sure your brownies arrive as fresh and delicious as possible, we follow a weekly schedule.

All brownies are baked fresh & shipped on Wednesdays, and delivered on Thursdays. Place your order by Monday 11:59 PM to be included in that week’s batch. If you place an order after Monday night, it will roll over into the next week’s batch.

❓ What if I’ve missed the Monday night cut-off but I still need my order that week?

Please message us as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to arrange a rush order (extra fee applies), depending on availability.

What if I need my order for a specific day that week that is not Thursday? Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Our standard delivery day is always Thursday. If you need your brownies on a different day, rush orders are available for an additional £5 fee, subject to availability. Please contact us before ordering to confirm if we can accommodate your request.

  I need brownies for Saturday/Sunday but I don’t want to pay the extra £5 rush fee — will they still be fresh if I use the standard schedule?

Absolutely! As long as you place your order by Monday night, your brownies will be shipped Wednesday and arrive with you on Thursday. They stay fresh for up to 7 days in the fridge, so they’ll still be perfect for Saturday/Sunday. Just pop them in the fridge as soon as they arrive and keep them chilled until you’re ready to enjoy or serve them.

What if I order on a Friday?

Your order will be baked and shipped the following week.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

At this time, we only deliver within the UK.

For local pickup in Swindon, where do I collect from? Can I collect on a day other than Wednesday?

Local pickup is from West Swindon. The full address will be shared with you the day before your agreed pickup date, along with any instructions to make collection easy.

Our standard pickup day is Wednesday. However, if you need to collect on Thursday or Friday instead, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

❓ Do you deliver locally in Swindon?

Yes — we offer free local pickup and local delivery in Swindon only (SN1–SN6). All other locations will require the postage/shipping service. 

For local delivery, can I choose the day my brownies are delivered?

Yes! Local deliveries are flexible as long as they’re after Wednesday 6PM. We can also deliver on Thursdays and Fridays. Just let us know the time that suits you best, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

❓ Do prices include postage?

Yes, postage is included in the price. Whether you choose UK shipping, local delivery/pickup, the price is the same.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive a confirmation email after checkout, and another email once your order has been shipped or ready for pickup.

❓ Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No — due to the nature of freshly baked goods, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

❓ Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Unfortunately, our baked goods are not suitable for anyone with allergies.

GLUTEN, EGGS, MILK, SOYA, NUTS

❓ Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. 

❓ Can I amend my order?

Orders may only be amended if it’s before the Monday night cut-off. Please contact us immediately to see if we can accommodate any changes. After this time, your order will already be in preparation, so changes may not be possible. We kindly ask that orders are placed carefully.

❓ Can I customise my order?

Yes! Please contact us to specify your requirements before placing your order, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate them. This may include additional cost, depending on the customisation.

Please note that the personalised brownie slab is the best option for this.  

❓ How should I store my brownies?

Keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days. Brownies can also be frozen for up to 3 months. 

What’s the best way to enjoy my brownies?

We recommend keeping your brownies refrigerated as soon as they arrive. For the best experience, take them out about 30 minutes before eating so they come to room temperature — that’s when the flavour and texture really shine.

That said, it’s all down to preference! Some people love them straight from the fridge, while others prefer them soft at room temp.

If you’d like them warm, you can pop a piece in the microwave for no longer than 5–10 seconds — just enough to make it gooey, without melting the toppings.

❓ Are your brownies suitable for vegans or vegetarians?

Our brownies are vegetarian friendly but not vegan.

❓ How quickly will you respond if I message you?

We aim to respond within 24 hours across all platforms (website, email, and social media). For urgent requests, please reach out to us via Instagram DMs for the fastest response.
